Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART)

The trauma of your past imprisons you.

Traumatic experiences keep surfacing and bring you down.

The feeling of being stuck overwhelms you and you wish you could stop dwelling on the past.

It impacts your work, your family.

You are doing fine and then something triggers an image or sensation from that experience that happened so long ago.

Feelings of anxiety and restlessness emerge.

Your mind goes back to that time and impacts how you show up in the present moment.

You are well aware of how you have changed and are not sure you can ever go back to who you were before.

You did things before that you no longer can.

The residue of your traumatic event impedes your ability to go places you want to go.

To do things you want to do.

You long for the days when you were free to be who you are and do the things you love.

The desire is still there, but something gets in the way of actually being able to make it all happen.

You don’t have to keep living this way.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) is a brief, structured psychotherapy that helps people resolve distressing memories and symptoms by reprocessing how those memories are stored in the brain; often in as little as one session.

ART integrates eye-movement techniques with image rescripting to reduce emotional and physiological reactivity while clients stay in control throughout the process.

Through ART, clients are able to erase negative images associated with memories, resulting in the elimination of corresponding triggers while preserving the factual memory.
